The methodology behind enhancing confidence when faced with stress relies on a unique combination of focused attention and bilateral stimulation (BLS). This technique taps into an innate activation-deactivation mechanism within the nervous system, allowing users to transform feelings of anxiety into relaxation seamlessly.
